In the Fall of 2003, the sisters of Beta Delta were welcomed back to school with a brand new home! Our house is the physical center of our chapter. It is our home away from home.
The Delta Zeta house is an inviting place to live, hang out, eat and study. Each sister is provided with a key to the house. The spacious foyer welcomes you to our home. On the first floor, we have a beautiful palmetto themed library, a comfortable TV room, a chapter room that doubles as a dining room and a commercial kitchen. The first floor also includes the peach wing of bedrooms and our house-mom's suite.

Upstairs is the periwinkle, yellow, and green bedroom wings as well as another TV room where we can hang out with our sisters. Each wing consists of four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two sisters live in each bedroom. Bedrooms include two beds, two armoires and two desks with chairs. Each wing also has a study with computer hook-up stations and several desks and chairs.

Our home houses 32 of our sisters along with our house-mom. Sisters eat lunch and dinner at the house Monday through Friday, that is paid for through our semester meal-plans. Our kitchen staff prepares a variety of meals and there is always a salad and sandwich bar, fresh fruit and yogurt. The kitchen prepares breakfast for the sisters who live in the house.
